Many people are drawn to places, people and situations to which they feel strangely connected. Others have ongoing emotional and physical problems that have not responded to other forms of therapy. The causes of such problems can often be traced back to unresolved issues from previous lives.
Whether you are interested in past life therapy out of curiosity or for healing, I offer a powerful, safe and positive experience.
Past life therapy is highly successful in treating a wide range of physical and emotional illnesses, including pain, anxiety states, depression, panic attacks, phobias, weight and sexual problems. This form of therapy works by allowing you to recall scenes from one or more past lives, using trance to release distress, in a safe and supported way.
Past life therapy also enables you to bring positive qualities (such as confidence and self-esteem) from the past into your current lifetime.
Believing in reincarnation isn’t necessary to get the full benefits – simply an open mind.
What to expect
We will meet in my practice room – a safe, private, undisturbed space where you can talk in confidence about what you want to gain from a past life session. You may want to explore particular times in history, specific countries or relationships with certain people. Or you may want to work on a problem or issue that is troubling you. We will talk through what it is you are seeking to find out, resolve or achieve.
I will guide you into a very natural state of hypnosis or ‘trance’, similar to meditation or day-dreaming. Once you are in trance, I begin by asking your subconscious or ‘deep’ mind for permission to undertake this work. I will go ahead only if I get this permission; if not, then I will work with you in different ways to gain information and achieve what you want.
While you are in hypnosis you will know who and where you are in the present, and you will also recall memories from one or more past lives. No two people have the same experience. Some people find that they seem to drift through or float above memories as if watching them from a distance. Other people experience vivid memories in great detail.
Opinions on whether past life therapy is ‘genuine’ vary a great deal. Some people argue that past-life ‘memories’ are simply made-up scenes, created by a person’s subconscious mind and perhaps influenced by books or movies, in order to draw attention to things that need healing. Other people are convinced that the ability to recall previous lives is proof of reincarnation.
Whatever your perspective, an open mind is all that’s needed for this form of therapy. Your subconscious mind will communicate what is important for you to know and heal.

Sessions: how much, and how many?
I offer 2 kinds of past life session.
A general interest session lasts 2 hours and costs £75. In this session we will explore a number of past lives, retrieve positive qualities and learnings from them, and discover your purpose in this lifetime. I will work with you to release and resolve any lingering problems from the past.
If you want to work on a particular issue or problem, more sessions may be needed, depending on the nature of the issue and the number of past lives linked to it. These sessions are similar to general hypnotherapy sessions; they last for 90 minutes and cost £55.
My fees are negotiable for those on a low income.
My past life clinic days are Thursdays and Fridays.
If you have any queries or want more information about past life therapy, please do call or email me. I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have. You are also welcome to look through the Questions and answers section of this website.

Past life therapy
Many people who have had past life therapy say that it has brought deeper meaning, insight and healing change into their lives. Clients who have experienced recall of past lives have found feelings of greater purpose and meaning, increased self-knowledge, and greater spiritual awareness.
‘Re-experiencing past lives inevitably leads to an easier acceptance of others’ beliefs, customs and ways. Judgement and prejudice fall away like old, dried mental cocoons.’
