I am an experienced hypno-psychotherapist, past life regressionist and teacher. I trained with and now lecture at the National School of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (N-SHAP), which is a UKCP-accredited hypnotherapy training organization specialising in Ericksonian hypno-psychotherapy. I run regular workshops in personal development, including creative visualization and meditation, and exploring past lives.
